Lucky Number 7

In just a few days' time the English Evenings will be taking their 7th weekend trip in just under 3 years. Our previous trips have taken us to Dublin, Edinburgh, Amsterdam, Reins, Dusseldorf and the Belgian Ardennes. That's the beauty of living in the heart of Europe - travel opportunities are pretty much on your doorstep.

Each trip has been different; not just a different destination, but a different group of people, with each person contributing towards all the fun we've had. Because at the end of the day, these trips are not really about speaking English together; they're just about being together - getting to know each other on a different level, having fun, laughing and enjoying each other's company.

This weekend's trip is to the Belgian Ardennes. This will be our second time there - it was so much fun last year that I decided we should do it again and I think I'd like to make it an annual event. This trip has been planned for several months now and I can't wait to see you all there!
